Not sure what to call this "invention".  Some possibilities:

Ingredients:

bread (2 slices)

butter/marg/lard (a scraping)

strawberry jam (a spoonful)

squirty cream (1 tin)

Method:

1. Make a jam sandwich then add squirty cream and enjoy.
