No real excuse, just been too busy to blog. Must be tricky for those who do this kind of thing for a living, or do they create lots in advance and get the computer to post them on the desired days? Keeping a decent blog requires: time, inspiration and quality items. I seem to have been lacking on multiple of these recently.

Always time for a crumble related tip though.
Avoid the use of dripping when making crumble unless a more agricultural taste is required and the look you are going for is "cobbler" or "dumplings". (Are dumplings just small dumps?).
